Parking

• Only for small or medium-sized cars. Large SUVs, vans, or buses will not fit.

Stay policies
• Guest policy: Only registered guests are allowed. No visitors or additional people are permitted during the stay.
• Noise policy: Respect neighbors’ rest. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. No loud music, parties, or gatherings that disturb others.
• Pet policy: Allowed only if stated in the listing and with prior approval. Pets have an additional fee per stay (and per pet, if applicable); the amount is shown on the listing. The guest is responsible for any damage or extra cleaning.
• Clear prohibitions: No smoking inside the apartment; no parties or events with unregistered guests; no tampering or damaging equipment (digital lock, router, appliances); no illegal substances or weapons.
• Consequences of violation: If policies are breached, security staff accompanied by the Police will be sent to immediately evict the offenders, with no refund. Damages or losses will be charged at replacement value.

• Early check-in has an extra cost and depends on same-day availability.
• Check-out: until 12:00 p.m.
• Late check-out has an extra cost and only if no other booking starts at 3:00 p.m.
Arrival and access
• GPS location will be sent via WhatsApp.
• You will also receive videos with instructions to reach and open the apartment. The guest is responsible for reviewing them.

Guests have full and exclusive access to the apartment. The entrance is private and independent. The parking space is in a shared area but exclusively assigned to this unit. Access to the apartment is via stairs. Smoking and the use of drugs or hallucinogens are not allowed. Building rules and quiet hours must be respected.
