Stay policies

• Guest policy: Only registered guests are allowed. No visitors or additional people are permitted during the stay.

• Noise policy: Respect neighbors’ rest. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. No loud music, parties, or gatherings that disturb others.

• Pet policy: Allowed only if stated in the listing and with prior approval. Pets have an additional fee per stay (and per pet, if applicable); the amount is shown on the listing. The guest is responsible for any damage or extra cleaning.

• Clear prohibitions: No smoking inside the apartment; no parties or events with unregistered guests; no tampering or damaging equipment (digital lock, router, appliances); no illegal substances or weapons.

• Consequences of violation: If policies are breached, security staff accompanied by the Police will be sent to immediately evict the offenders, with no refund. Damages or losses will be charged at replacement value.

• Early check-in has an extra cost and depends on same-day availability.

• Check-out: until 12:00 p.m.

• Late check-out has an extra cost and only if no other booking starts at 3:00 p.m.

Arrival and access

• You will also receive videos with instructions to reach and open the apartment. The guest is responsible for reviewing them.

Guests will have full access to the apartment during their stay. Entry is completely private, with an independent door. The parking area is shared with other units, so we kindly ask for order and respect for shared spaces. For safety, please keep the door locked when leaving. Unregistered visitors are not allowed.
