Payment and booking

• We do NOT accept cash.

• The reservation must be fully paid before check-in.

• Published rates do NOT include VAT (IVA). If you need an electronic invoice, notify us before check-in so VAT can be added.

• The cleaning fee is additional and shown on the listing; please review before booking.

Pre-check-in requirements

• You must send the ID of ALL guests, including children, before check-in.

• We do NOT have a lobby or reception. Access is independent via digital code.

What’s included in the apartment

• Toilet paper and body soap.

• Towels and personal toiletries are NOT provided.

Parking

• One (1) parking space per booking.

• Only for small or medium-sized cars. Large SUVs, vans, or buses will not fit.

• Before booking, check the listing to confirm if this apartment includes parking, as not all units have it.

Stay policies

• Guest policy: Only registered guests are allowed. No visitors or additional people are permitted during the stay.

• Noise policy: Respect neighbors’ rest. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. No loud music, parties, or gatherings that disturb others.

• Pet policy: Allowed only if stated in the listing and with prior approval. Pets have an additional fee per stay (and per pet, if applicable); the amount is shown on the listing. The guest is responsible for any damage or extra cleaning.

• Clear prohibitions: No smoking inside the apartment; no parties or events with unregistered guests; no tampering or damaging equipment (digital lock, router, appliances); no illegal substances or weapons.

• Consequences of violation: If policies are breached, security staff accompanied by the Police will be sent to immediately evict the offenders, with no refund. Damages or losses will be charged at replacement value.

Schedules and conditions

• Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.

• Early check-in has an extra cost and depends on same-day availability.

• Check-out: until 12:00 p.m.

• Late check-out has an extra cost and only if no other booking starts at 3:00 p.m.

Arrival and access

• GPS location will be sent via WhatsApp.

• You will also receive videos with instructions to reach and open the apartment. The guest is responsible for reviewing them.

Its strategic location gives you easy access to everything you may need during your stay.

Guests will have full access to the apartment during their stay. Parking is shared, but the unit has one designated space for small or mid-size vehicles. This is not a condominium and there are no shared courtyard or plaza areas; however, recreational spaces like Parque de la Provincia are very close by.

Throughout your stay, you’ll have a direct communication channel available for any questions or needs. We aim to provide you with a smooth and comfortable experience, while maintaining autonomous check-in for your convenience.

The apartment is located in Callejas del Norte, a quiet residential area behind Universidad Andina. Just a few minutes away, you’ll find Makro for all your grocery needs, a Terpel gas station, and nearby ATMs. The Guatapurí shopping mall is also very close, offering shopping, dining, and entertainment options. It’s a well-connected area with easy access to various parts of the city.

Getting to the apartment is very easy thanks to its excellent location. It is just 5 km from Alfonso López Airport (about 20 minutes by car) and 4 km from the Valledupar bus terminal (15 minutes by car). If you are traveling with your own vehicle, you’ll have access to a private parking spot within a shared area. The area is well connected, and it’s easy to request transportation via mobile apps or traditional taxis.
