Payment and booking

• We do NOT accept cash.

• The reservation must be fully paid before check-in.

• Published rates do NOT include VAT (IVA). If you need an electronic invoice, notify us before check-in so VAT can be added.

• The cleaning fee is additional and shown on the listing; please review before booking.

Pre-check-in requirements

• You must send the ID of ALL guests, including children, before check-in.

• We do NOT have a lobby or reception. Access is independent via digital code.

What’s included in the apartment

• Toilet paper and body soap.

• Towels and personal toiletries are NOT provided.

Parking

• One (1) parking space per booking.

• Only for small or medium-sized cars. Large SUVs, vans, or buses will not fit.

• Before booking, check the listing to confirm if this apartment includes parking, as not all units have it.

Stay policies

• Guest policy: Only registered guests are allowed. No visitors or additional people are permitted during the stay.

• Noise policy: Respect neighbors’ rest. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. No loud music, parties, or gatherings that disturb others.

• Pet policy: Allowed only if stated in the listing and with prior approval. Pets have an additional fee per stay (and per pet, if applicable); the amount is shown on the listing. The guest is responsible for any damage or extra cleaning.

• Clear prohibitions: No smoking inside the apartment; no parties or events with unregistered guests; no tampering or damaging equipment (digital lock, router, appliances); no illegal substances or weapons.

• Consequences of violation: If policies are breached, security staff accompanied by the Police will be sent to immediately evict the offenders, with no refund. Damages or losses will be charged at replacement value.

Schedules and conditions

• Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.

• Early check-in has an extra cost and depends on same-day availability.

• Check-out: until 12:00 p.m.

• Late check-out has an extra cost and only if no other booking starts at 3:00 p.m.

Arrival and access

• GPS location will be sent via WhatsApp.

• You will also receive videos with instructions to reach and open the apartment. The guest is responsible for reviewing them.

During the stay

• NO customer service between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

You'll be in northern Valledupar, in a quiet, safe, and well-connected area. The apartment is 900 meters from the Guatapurí River and 1 km from La Provincia Park. Within walking distance you'll find Guatapurí Mall, supermarkets, restaurants, the Andean University, ATMs, and gas stations. Cozy, comfortable space designed for relaxing or productive stays.

Guests have full access to all private areas of the apartment. The building is residential, so parties and unregistered visitors are not allowed. Quiet hours must be respected between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Hanging clothes in windows or shared areas is not permitted. Guests are expected to behave respectfully and maintain harmony with other residents.
